Ingredients:
1 (8 oz) package of Chef Dee’s Smoked Tuna
1 egg
½ c Mayonnaise
¼ c Celery, chopped
¼ c Onions, chopped
2 Tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish
Directions:
1.) Place egg in a saucepan & cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil & immediately remove from heat.
2.) Cover & let egg stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel& chop.
3.) In a medium bowl, mix together tuna and mayonnaise.
4.) Mix in egg, celery, and relish.
5.) Serve with soft yeast rolls or use as a filling for stuffed tomatoes
